Here's How The Furniture Solutions Protection Plan Works ....

Once the Furniture Protection Plan is purchased, the lounge suite or dining chairs will receive a protective application from one of the Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd applicators, or a fabric or leather self-application kit will be sent to the customer with instructions on how to apply the protectant. Care products will be provided to the customer in both scenarios containing cleaning and deodorising products (these products will vary depending on the suite or dining chairs covering).

Following this application, the suite (or dining chairs) will then be covered for 5 years against the occurrence of various accidental damages such as accidental rips, tears, cuts, and staining (as specified in the plan terms and conditions).

If the customer wishes to report accidental damage to their dining chairs or lounge suite following the application of the fabric or leather protectant - they are to call Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. staff on 0800 342 372 for resolution (for the plan 5 year cover period).

4 Simple Steps For Total Protection:

STEP 1 ... Protection Plan Purchase

When a customer purchases a lounge suite or dining chairs (purchased for domestic use) from one of the Protection Plan retailers (refer the list of retailer section to see who sells the Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. Protection Plan ), they should be offered the option of purchasing the Protection Plan. If this doesn’t occur, or a customer buys a suite or dining chairs from a retailer not offering the Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. Protection Plan, they can purchase directly from Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd.. Call us to discuss the options on 0800 342 372.

STEP 2 ... Protective Application

Once the Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. Protection Plan is purchased, Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. arranges for the suite to receive a protective application (via one of our professional applicators or via the provision of one of our fabric or leather (or faux leather) self-application kits.

- A fabric suite receives a spray on application of the Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. water based stain protectant called Super Shield. This not only is proven to reduce the likelihood or accidental staining but also contains a human and environmentally friendly anti-bacterial agent called Health Guard which controls allergens that may be present in the fibres of a fabric suite or dining chairs). SuperShield will provide the fabric covering with stain protection for the term of the Protection Plan (5 years).

- A leather suite receives an application of the Pelle leather conditioner/protectant. The regular and correct use of the Pelle protection and cleaning products has been shown to extend the wear life of leather by up to 5 times (as per LASRA testing results.

STEP 3 ... FREE Care Kits Provided

As part of the protection plan, the customer is issued either aa fabric, leather or faux leather care kit (depending on the suite/dining chairs covering):

- Customers purchasing plans covering leather suites or dining chairs will receive a Pelle leather care kit (valued at around $80) containing leather protectant and leather cleaner. We have care kits for those suites or dining chairs covered in faux leather also (i.e. synthetic material that looks like leather).

- Customers purchasing plans covering fabric suites or dining chairs will receive a fabric care kit containing spot cleaner, deodoriser and the fabric protectant ‘supershield’. This kit is also valued at around $80.

STEP 4 ... The Suite Is Covered For 5 Years

The suite is covered against the occurrence of accidental damages for 5 years (as specified in the plan terms and conditions). If the customer wishes to report a covered accidental incident (as specified in the plan terms and conditions), they simply call Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. On 0800 342 372 and the matter will be resolved.
