Signing up as a retailer of the Protection Plan is a very simple process:
Phone Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. on 0800 342 372 and let us know that you are wanting to become a Protection Plan retailer. We will be able to discuss the warranty and answer any questions you may have about the system.
We then contact the underwriter on your behalf and arrange for the appropriate information/forms to be sent to you.
Between Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. and the underwriter, we will provide you and your staff, FREE training on the Protection Plan. You will also be provided with display stand and pamphlets to help in the promotion of the Protection Plans.

What happens when a claim is made?
If the customer wishes to complain about an issue they have with the suite, all they need to do is simply contact Furniture Solutions NZ Ltd. on 0800 342 372 and we will arrange everything from that point on
